Though many orphanages are overcrowded with children, not every child is available for adoption. For these children, meeting their physical and spiritual needs is of utmost importance. HIAOM is able to meet these needs through many different areas, including sending teams on annual mission trips, providing medical care and surgery for children in need, and sending practical supplies necessary for daily living. Through these avenues, we have been able to provide personal hygiene items, clothing, shoes, school supplies, and other necessities as well as any medical care needed, either in the orphan's native country or in the United States if surgery or treatment is not available in their own country. Most importantly, we have the opportunity to share the Gospel with children who have little chance of ever knowing Christ.

Please take time to read about each of the countries in which HIAOM works, and consider ways in which you can get involved.

In You the orphan finds mercy.
Hosea 14:3
