"At From HIV to Home, we seek to pave a road home for the world's HIV-affected orphans, particularly for those children who are themselves HIV+. Domestically, we work to connect HIV+ orphans with adoptive families. We provide education, training, and community for HIV+ adoptive families, together with adoption grants and fundraising assistance. Internationally, we are working toward partnerships with other organizations and hope to begin funding projects at HIV+ orphan care sites in 2009."
